Training on Professionalism
No matter where you work, maintaining a professional attitude and adhering to your personal ethics as well as the company’s code of ethics only benefits your career. You’ve never heard of someone being demoted or disciplined for professionalism and good work ethics. On the other hand, you have heard of issues with lack of professionalism and ethics in the workplace.
Think Africa gave a two hour training on professionalism and ethics to Fregenet School whole staff. The training focused on creating clear view of what professionalism looks like and provided guild line to develop personal professional qualities.
In addition, the training stressed the need for teachers and supporting staffs in school systems to be extra careful in their ethics and professionalism as students learn a great deal form them passively.
All in all the three hour training was successful and clarify issues concerning professionalism and ethical values at the work place.
