￼To Build Brands, has been Alex Goslar’s subject of interest for the passed 30 years. Alex worked as a creative at SF & Partners in London, at OAG Munich, J.W. Thompson Chicago. But most of Alex’s Brand building activities were at Leo Burnett Advertising Co., where he was a creative director stationed in Bangkok, Chicago and Frankfurt Germany. During his journey, Alex was able to create some distinctive campaigns for such global brands as: Mc Donald’s, Heinz Ketchup, Kellogg’s Breakfast Cereals, Oscar Mayer Foods, Phillip Morris, P&G Cheer detergent, Vidal Sassoon, Volvo Cars, Kraft Foods, Dunlop Tires, BASF Video and Audio tapes, Vick Pharmaceuticals, Nestle and many more.
Alex’s campaigns not only elevated brands to a higher position in the market place, but also earned international awards.
Amongst them: Golden Lions from the Cannes Film Festival, New York Cleo’s, awards from the London Advertising Festival The One show and the Los Angeles art director’s club. In 1994 Alex was invited to be the chairman of a judging panel at the South African Annual advertising award, “The Loerie ”. In 1997 Alex decided to return to Bangkok where he manages an independent Brand Building Agency since 2001.
Shanta is the founder and director of SkillFocus Consultancy Malaysia and currently an international consultant and trainer. She has conducted training for all sectors in more than 35 countries across 5 continents. She has been appointed as the lead consultant for building capacity in negotiations and leadership training by several organisations including the Commonwealth Secretariat, European Union and Institute of International Education (IIE USA) and by several governments, companies and civil society organisations.
Shanta obtained her B. Economics (Hons.) from the University of Malaya and her M.Sc. in International Relations from the London School of Economics & Political Science. She was also a Fulbright Scholar and has participated in both the Basic and Advanced Negotiations workshops at the Harvard Law School. Her expertise is in leadership, negotiations, communications, presentations, facilitation skills, conflict management, customer service & womens empowerment.

Having had a successful career as an investment banker & trader, Mark has built a global reputation as a consultant and ‘trouble-shooter’ for businesses, particularly those with HR-related issues.
Mark has worked with Governments and quasi-Governmental institutions worldwide as well as some of the world’s leading financial institutions. His recent projects have included setting up HR divisions, working on offshoring projects and successfully training thousands of staff globally. A graduate of the University of Cambridge, Mark brings an unrivalled wealth of practical knowledge and experience to the Cambridge Centre of Performance & Excellence.
